Strawberry Primary and Infant School is a small school located in the deep rural community of Strawberry, Westmoreland, Jamaica. It serves the districts of Friendship and Strawberry where the residents engage in subsistence farming. There is very little employment within the community where commerce consists mainly of grocery shops and bars.

  • Use of Funds: The library floor is caving in and is unsafe. It needs to be taken out, filled with marl, and a concrete slab laid over it then replace the tiles. The walls were painted during the summer break and are now bare. We want to add murals to enhance appearance and learning.
